Instead, I use a form of meditation to help me be more productive - visualization.
Research shows that visualization is immensely powerful for helping manifest your successes both large and small - it helps you envision the logical sequence to things; it organizes your thinking, tasks, and day; and helps motivate you toward productive action - working backward from your goals (large and small!): what needs to get done to achieve what you want to and why?
